Robin’s Perch, our luxury ground-floor lodge, with private patio is surrounded by breath-taking woodland.

Snuggle into your comfy king-size bed, sink into your private hot tub, cosy up by the campfire, enjoy a movie night with your in-room projector or simply pour a drink, grab a good book and unwind with nothing but you and the forest surrounds. Each lodges has a Kitchenette equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, kettle, Nespresso sage coffee machine, toaster, cooking implements, tableware, tea and coffee.

Enjoy a delicious start to your day with freshly baked Binevenagh bread, local free-range eggs, Northern Irish granola, Clandeboye yoghurt, and a selection of local honey and fresh berries.

We have a number of complimentary amenities on site available to all guests - cook under the stars on our Charles Bentley BBQ, gather by our cosy fire pit, lit nightly by our site manager or step from the warm sauna into the cool waterfall shower.

Please Note: To protect all of our guests' experiences, the site operates a no-noise policy in the communal area after 11pm. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am (early check-in and late check-out options are available at booking page).

To book your luxury adults only retreat select your dates on the booking calendar below. Pipit’s Hide is available for 1+ nights and Robin’s Perch, Swallow’s Nook and Peacock’s Roost have a 2-night stay minimum.

Pipit’s Hide and Robin’s Perch are both pet friendly.

FAQs

Our friendly team will send you a pre-arrival form where you can let us know what time you’d like your hot tub prepared. Once it’s ready, you’re free to unwind and enjoy it at your leisure.
Our Peacocks are very friendly and love to be fed, please check with our staff what is suitable to feed them.
Early check in is 3pm for a small fee of £20.
Late check out is 12pm and is available for a small fee of £20.
The resort is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age to stay with us.
