High in the lush canopy, a graceful family of wild peacocks has made their peaceful home among the tall trees surrounding Burrenmore Nest. These elegant and striking birds roam freely across the beautifully maintained grounds, their vibrant, iridescent feathers shimmering brilliantly in the dappled sunlight.

Guests frequently have the rare and special opportunity to share a quiet, intimate moment with the peacocks when they pause nearby, adding a truly distinctive and enchanting touch of natural beauty to this serene and tranquil woodland retreat.

As the forest begins to stir, the peacocks move quietly between the lodges — calm, curious, and utterly unhurried. They wander along the decks and through the ferns, sometimes pausing to watch as guests enjoy breakfast by the window.
